In search of garden space!!!

Hey y’all! My name is Lindsey, I’m a small scale flower farmer in Leucadia, and I’m looking for a space in the neighborhood that I might be able to expand onto!! I have a garden at home, but it’s not enough space for me to grow enough to sell, so I’m wondering if anyone might have some extra space on their property (ideally in Encinitas) that they would be willing to let me transform into a mini farm!! I’m only looking for about 1000sq ft or so to start out with, and I would be more than happy to pay for my water usage/and or some form of rent for the space. You would also of course get endless free flowers and whatever veggies I grow :) It would ideally be a space with full sun, and I do grow everything organically and basically no till, if you’re interested… Please reach out if you might have something like this on your property, or if you know anyone who does!!
