Visual Kei, Jrock, Post-punk anyone?

I want to put together a band influenced by the aforementioned styles. I am looking for exotic creatures who know their instruments and are sick of western music these days who want to bring some of the East to the West. I am a singer/songwriter/guitarist (not lead). Age is not an issue. I am just an old school southern California rock chick who was on her way to relocate to Japan when Covid f*cked my plans. SO, I am looking to do music here. I have been performing for over 35 years in a variety of styles mostly from goth-rock-punk-to classic rock etc. My influences East are; G-schmitt, X Japan, Buck-Tick, HYDE, L'arc en Ciel, Vamps, The Gazette, Malice Mizer, Diaura, Mejibrey, The Sham, Gara, Neurotic Doll, Fiction, Dir en Grey, Kyroume, Spread Beaver, Luna Sea, Dead Pop Stars, Ningen Isu, Dead End...etc. My influences West are; Siouxsie and the Banshees, Sisters of Mercy, Motley Crue, T Rex, New York Dolls, The Damned, The Mission UK, The Cult, Xymox, SPecimen, Alien Sex Fiend, Love and Rockets, Bauhaus, etc etc. 80s potst-punk, goth, alternative basically.
