WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Completing resident work orders in a timely manner. • Completing all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner. • Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation). WHAT YOU WILL NEED: • A minimum of 1-3 years as a maintenance technician • HVAC Certification Required: Type I, II, or EPA Universal *Please provide us with a valid email address on your application/resume* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
