Too busy to go to an in-person clinic? Or, just prefer to social distance? Visit our free virtual expungement and social equity license clinic! No reservations required. “Drop ins” welcome. Effective July 12, 2021, those with low-level marijuana arrests, charges or convictions in Arizona became eligible to file for expungement (clearing) of their record. Specifically, people with any of the following are eligible to ask to clear the arrest, charge or conviction from their record: possessing, consuming, cultivating, processing or transporting - no more than 2.5 ounces of marijuana (of which not more than 12.5 grams was concentrate); - no more than 6 marijuana plants grown at your primary residence for personal use; and/or - marijuana paraphernalia. You may even expunge an arrest from your record, as long as it was for one or more of those “low-level” marijuana charges.
