Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include: Perform general labor and building maintenance tasks such as general repairs and cleaning; specifically, but not exclusively: general and minor plumbing work, electrical work, landscaping, carpentry, and painting. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure the facilities are tidy and functional across all properties. The ideal candidate will have the skills above and also possess the following traits: responsible, reliable, organized, enjoy helping people, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with a variety of personalities.
