I have what probably amounts to an hour or two of painting that needs to be done outside. A very small part of it involves a ladder and that's why I am here (I don't do ladders). I have the opportunity for other jobs - it is tough to find reliable help. Here is the writeup of the job. Make me an offer. You will be paid cash when the job is finished and not a penny before that time. I have all materials and a ladder. I also do websites if you are interested in becoming legit rather than getting jobs here.
