• Retrieving Pick Slips from Operations Analyst • Pulling order according to lane designated on Pick Slip • Pull order and verify all information on Pick Slip for each product pulled: o Is it the correct winery (name) – for each product o Is it the correct product varietal (Pinot Noir or Pinot Gris) o Is it the correct label description (3 Vineyard or Reserve) o Is it the correct vintage (year) o Is it the correct size (6/750, 12/375, 12/750, 6/1.5) o Is it the correct quantity • Was this product in the correct lane specified? o If product is not on the lane specified please see the office. o If office authorizes you to pull from this lane then please write in correct lane assignment on Pick Slip so we may correct in system o It is imperative that you return the wine to appropriate lane after pulling loose cases on orders. • Verify all incoming inventory and assign lane locations for all inbound storage at the direction of Inventory Control Analyst • Responsible for conducting & completing monthly inventories for all wineries at the direction of Inventory Control. • Assist warehouse staff in maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Perform other related tasks as required. *Full Benefits for Full-Time Employees -Dental -Vision -Medical -Accident -Specified Disease -Group Disability -Life insurance -401K (With employer match at 4%) -Bonus program -Yearly reviews
