PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REPLYING TO THIS AD. I would like to contract out the rebuilding of the structure shown in the images. It is unsalvageable and must be torn down/rebuilt. The inside dimensions are 10'x9' and the structure has a subfloor on the first floor and one on the second floor. The scope of work will include: 1) Provide evidence of insurance 2) Provide evidence of license for the state of AR 3) Obtain necessary permit(s) 4) Demo existing structure (saving siding and windows) 5)Re-build the structure to identical size (Frame 2 stories with 2 subfloors and a roofing decking, exterior vapor barrier, re-install vinyl siding, re-install existing windows). 6) Haul away debris. I will provide materials and take care of insulation, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and roofing via other methods).
