Full Job Description: Production associate Job Responsibilities: Processes Debone, Breast Trim/Packout, Party Wings, and Tenders departments Put a cone on the moving line. Using a knife, cut the wing from the breast. Pull the skin from the breast. Using a knife, score the tenders from the ribs. Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin then toss fillet on the moving conveyor. Scale the finished product Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Night shift
