NIGHT SHIFT SWEEPER TRUCK DRIVER / FOREMAN (BALTIMORE, MD) Driver Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 PER HOUR depending on experience Driver Foreman / Supervisor: $18.00 - $19.00 PER HOUR depending on experience Employment type: full-time We are a local sweeping company currently seeking night time drivers to operate sweeper trucks used for cleaning shopping centers at night. We are also seeking a driver / night foreman to manage the night crew. Schedule will be 4 nights a week ~40 hours a week. Shift begins at 9pm and usually goes up to 7am or until the route is complete. We sweep during all weather except heavy snow / ice so candidate must be ok with driving in inclement weather. Ideal candidate for drivers position will have: Driver's License with clean driving record and reliable transportation Experience with driving larger vehicles CDL is a plus, though not required Full availability to work 4 nights / 40 hours a week Have DOT card or are willing to get one Must respect coworkers as well as the equipment Is ok with working around trash and debris Ideal candidate for foreman position will have: Same requirements as stated above for driver position Ability to utilize technology to monitor fleet (GPS and phone) Management experience is a plus Will be required to manage night drivers, enforce policies, and report any issues the next morning to office Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaker is a plus About the company: We are a sweeping company operating out of the Brooklyn Park Area and servicing the Baltimore area and the surrounding counties.
