We offer many unique opportunities in a niche market and are looking to add another exceptional individual to our team as a Service Receptionist! As a Service Receptionist, you would be the face of MobilityWorks to our clients; from greeting them in store, answering and redirecting calls, to resolving invoices, the receptionist at MobilityWorks truly is the hero of our stores! Responsibilities: Cheerfully and professionally greeting customers when they enter the building. Answering phones & directing calls professionally. Performing general office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, and filing. Cashiering and invoicing for the Service department. Ensuring the reception area is tidy to perfect that first impression. Assisting with store projects and initiatives as necessary. Working with, and assisting customers through the warranty claim process. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations. Joining an exceptional team serving an amazing community. Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills and experience. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening. All work will be between the hours of 8-5, M-F **Preventive measures are in accordance with CDC recommendations to protect our team and clients as it pertains to the COVID-19 Response**
