Property Caretaker needed: I need someone to take care of my property since age has limited my ability. Lawnmowing, weed whacking, weeding, raking, cultivating, leaf blowing, snow blowing, and all the other good things. Every other week or as needed. Twenty-five dollars per hour, a minimum of four hours per visit. I have all the required equipment. You must be familiar with this equipment, lawnmower, etc. I live in Richmond, and best you live nearby
