Need someone to transport heavy wheel chair to Salt Lake City

We just moved my brother to an assisted living facility in South Salt Lake City. We need someone to transport his heavy power wheel chair and a few belonging s from Colorado Springs (previous assisted living center) to his new place in Salt Lake City. I don't know the weight but it might be up to 250 lbs. Please respond with an estimate, time frame and some background information. Thanks
