Need handyman/skilled labor professionals to repair and maintain rental properties in the Independence area. We currently need someone to assist with make-readys and minor repairs (patching drywall, light plumbing/electrical, etc). We also are looking for reliable professionals with painting, drywall, HVAC, window installation, tree trimming/landscaping, roofing and carpentry experience. Immediate work available.
