The Board of Real Estate requires you to take Massachusetts real estate classes at a licensed MA real estate school (that's us!) before taking the real estate test. Our real estate license course covers everything you need to pass the test.
Completing the 40 hour real estate pre-licensing course entitles you to take the Massachusetts real estate license test. The test is 120 questions long, and it covers laws both state and federal, real estate math, and real estate vocabulary.
When you pass the real estate licensing exam you'll get your real estate license on the spot! We'll help you find a job if you don't already have one lined up. Obviously, you won't learn everything you need to know about Real Estate in 40 hours (but you will learn enough to pass the test). We offer ongoing training and coaching for all of our students.
