LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN I Hoffman & McNamara Nursery and Landscape has immediate openings for Landscape Technicians. If you are looking for a great company to build a successful career with, then we are looking for you! • Primary Job Summary: The candidate selected for this position will safely and efficiently carry out task associated with installation of ornamental shade and evergreen trees throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. • Compensation: $18.00 ($19.00 with health card) per hour with overtime after 40 hours. After an on-boarding period, benefits including Health Insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, and Profit Sharing will be available. Prevailing wages will be paid accordingly. • Seasonal Work Period: 8 months per year (winters off from approximately November 25th through April 5th) depending on weather. Overtime during portions of season. • Required Qualifications: Independent and Self Motivated with the ability to work in cooperation with others to accomplish daily tasks and long-term goals. Must have means of transportation to get to and from jobsites. Ability to lift 60+ pounds regularly. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agriculture, horticulture, or similar field; Experience operating tractors, skid steers, and small engines; Candidates bilingual in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.
