Need Mobil Diesel Mechanic replace pump

Description

GMC 4500 need to get the diesel pump replaced and diagnosed to get it running the truck work sometimes but it is parked on a slope do not turn on again seem like the pump get emptied and also after rain do not work seem that it get water in the air filter so it may be that get water in the mix and the pump do not work properly looking for a mobile diesel mechanic to come to my place and replace the pump and diagnose to get it running again.
