Acterra Group is actively hiring Welders for its Marion, IA location. Acterra Group has provided equipment, manufacturing, consulting, and specialized construction services to the fuel, chemical, renewable able energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and fleet industries, as well as government applications. As an experienced welder/fabricator, you will work within the tank manufacturing division. Quality and safety are top-priorities for this family-owned business. Job Duties: • Fabricate, cut, form, fit, tack, weld fabricated parts onto tanks in a manner which ensures proper fit and proper application according to department/company standards • Operate plasma and other cutting equipment in a safe and appropriate manner which will ensure proper application • Lay out materials and other items per print and direction by Foreman on parts to be fabricated • Operate machinery and equipment as required Job Requirements: • Must have at least one year of TIG & MIG welding experience • High school diploma required • Carbon and stainless steel experience preferred Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision insurance • Disability insurance • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Company vehicle • Prime benefit program If you are a dynamic and independent individual looking for a unique career in a fun industry, apply now!
