We are currently looking for experienced drivers and operators for loaders Skidsteers 3/4 ton plow trucks all with plows and/or spreaders. De-icer and Spreader Trucks. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, sometimes in inclement weather. HOURS: As required, dependent on snow conditions. WAGE: $23 - $25 per hour with bonus potential Seasonal and Year Round Positions available! Snow in winter, grounds maintenance March - October. Full time or part time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Overview: Snow Removal Crew is the very front line of guest safety, and guest experience. The crew is responsible for shoveling all walkways, paths, and common areas around our commercial and residential properties. In search of hard working, self-driven employees that will work great with a team. Power equipment experience is recommended, but not required. Come ready to work outdoors in all conditions! DUTIES: Safely operate snow removal equipment. Shovel snow & apply granular and liquid deicer Other work as assigned. Perform daily responsibilities in all weather conditions Ability to work individually and as a team with other crew members Perform physically demanding tasks for the majority of the work day Follow written and oral directions from supervisor/manager Possession of a valid driver’s license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Knowledge of safe and efficient operation of small equipment Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
