Main job function: We are looking for candidates to fill warehouse production positions in Newark, DE Warehouse Production Associate $12.50 -13.50 an hour based on shift First, Second & Third Shifts are available! Our client is a leader in intelligent media delivery, providing over 15,000 advertisers proven and innovative media solutions to influence consumers wherever they plan, shop, buy and share. Warehouse Production Responsibilities: • responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment • create bundles of proper size • safely and properly strap and bag materials with proper mail identification addresses • must recognize different parts of the printed address label. • must recognize carrier route breaks on finished bundles. • check product to ensure versions and quantities are correct. • assure finished goods are properly assembled and instruct material handles to move product to finish location. • clean and maintain machine area • use proper lifting technique when lifting or moving bundles. • responsible for quality, output, and production goals Available Shifts: • Saturday to Tuesday; 10PM to 6AM • Saturday to Tuesday; 2PM to 10PM • Saturday to Wednesday; 6PM to 4:30PM • Saturday to Tuesday; 6AM to 4:30PM • Saturday to Wednesday; 6AM to 2PM The Warehouse Production Associate must have the ability to understand production, quality, and safety procedures and communicate those standards to crew while safely managing machine. The Warehouse Production Associate must be able to accurately complete daily machine reports as well as handle materials that are between 10-20 pounds on a continuous basis, and up to 40 lbs occasionally. Must have good written and communication skills. -This location does NOT have bus transportation, so it is vital to have reliable personal transportation to this assignment. -Weekly Pay -Day 1 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance -Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background and drug screening. -Able to sign up for classes through Penn Foster in partnership with Integrity Staffing, to further your career skills!
