Need An Assistant to Help Me Maintain Properties

I'm a property manager and a handyman. I need an assistant to help me get projects done (STARTING ASAP) -- tiling, lawn care, electrical, painting, and so on. I WILL TRAIN, but some basic skills is a plus. I will usually have about 15 days worth of work for you every month. Sometimes, we'll have a project that will take us 2-3 months. Pay is $15/hour. Requirements: Don't Lie Don't Cheat Don't Steal and... Come to work ready to make progress. We are a family company, so if you do good work, there will be more work and more pay down the road.
