Local Author of The ground-breaking work "Encounter with The Aberdeen Wildman, A true Story," Frank J Bennett, will appear at The Elkton Fall Festival this coming weekend, Saturday September 18, 2021. The Aberdeen Wildman is a humanoid creature the author encountered in the marshes of The Big Gunpowder Falls in 1980 and the author accounts his encounters with other strange and bizarre creatures and paranormal entities and his subsequent investigation into explaining them.
