We are a fast growing, high end landscape construction company in Northern Colorado and we are looking for entry level landscape construction lead / assistant crew lead We are a vibrant, thriving and creative company with a “boutique” focus and multiple divisions. Here is what we are looking for in a entry level / assistant lead: ~Professional and reliable ~Strong work ethic ~Driven to do stellar quality work ~Motivated to grow ~1 year or more of general experience in at least 50% of the following areas -Irrigation systems -Small decks, wood and vinyl fences -Pergolas and custom woodwork -Raised cedar planting beds -Paver installs -Retaining wall installs -Water features -Sod Installation -Metal edging installation -Simple concrete (pads and such like) -Landscape Lighting -Rock, soil, plant installation Candidate expectations and requirements: ~Flexibility (As in a growing company flexibility is a super important characteristic for a candidate) ~Insurable driving record ~Valid Drivers License ~Good communication skills, both with superiors and with subordinates ~Hit budget numbers in terms of hours and materials Job Type: Full-time or part time (full time preferred) Compensation: $17-$23 per hr. (We want the right candidate and are willing to pay for top talent.) Windsor is the center of our service area. We do a 4/10 sechedule with Fri-Sun off.
