level off soil in the backyard

I have an area in my backyard with various different levels of soil. I need this all leveled. Possibly using a bobcat is a better option. Please see the attached pic. The gray looking areas are elevated with previous gravel for turf installation so that area needs to be lowered to match the brown areas. We would need all the areas to look down to original brown dirt.
