PTO and Paid Holidays Responsibilities •Be punctual and dependable •General residential maintenance experience, a plus •Have a reliable cell phone with access to the internet •Pass a background check and be bondable •Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills Qualifications •Minimum age 21 •Ability to work Inside and Outdoors cutting grass, weeds, picking up trash, and snow removal, as needed •Able to deliver and Install Appliances •Be of good physical health and able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs •Make minor residential repairs and cleanup •General knowledge of Home repairs is Highly Desirable •Must have a Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record.
