As a Production Assistant you will work with a team that is involved in the creation and production of all the various bath & beauty products (shower steamers, bath bombs, lip scrubs, etc) using natural products! This is a cutting-edge opportunity that will provide a TON of growth potential as the company continues to grow and increase their footprint throughout the United States! Duties & Responsibilities: • Following formulas and mixing multiple colors and fragrances. • Mixes, forms, and finishing of all products. • Maintains accurate product counts. • Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties. • Record/Log all packing/shipping data accurately and within the time given. • Place product onto tray. • Rack the product. • Package and label the product • Loads products into machine/into vertical conveyor. • Must be able to unload racks in a timely manner onto the conveyor. • Being flexible and willing to be placed in different departments depending on their workload and time of year. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bakery background is a huge plus but not required. • Any sort of background in the food production space is a bonus. • Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. • Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Good written and oral communication skills. • Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure situations. • Detail oriented.
