Window Installers Needed

Hi! We are a small family owned and operated company, looking to expand. Working for us you will learn a trade and gain skills for the future. We do residential remodels, typically one to three houses per week installing only windows and patio doors. We are looking for either: -an installer helper -an install team that would like to travel together -an experienced installer As we are a husband/wife team that works all over Oregon and Washington, we are looking for someone that can travel with us and is willing to travel back and forth between Seattle and Portland area for a week at a time. Typically Monday through Friday we work in either city, you would have weekends off, mileage and hotels provided when working outside Portland Metro. If you have a good driving record, a work vehicle may be provided for travel. Will often schedule 3 day weekends, we prefer to work 4 long days per week when possible. Will pay $20-30 per hour DOE, with opportunities to grow and earn job percentages after 6 months. Will train the right person or team to run their own crew. Need to be able to lift 50lbs and have reliable transportation to work every day. Willingness to work in all weather conditions and maintain positive attitude is necessary. Having your own tools/bags, experience with small power tools, and caulking experience is a huge plus.
