CONTRACTOR seeking all levels of skilled general laborer(s) for multiple residential and commercial projects near Portland/Vancouver. Qualified candidates must be respectable, trustworthy, positive and looking for full-time work with the possibility of permanent employment. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years construction experience. Must have reliable transportation. General duties may include, but not limited to: Commercial interiors including but not limited to wall demo, metal stud framing, acoustical ceiling, insulation, drywall, painting Residential projects including but not limited to drywall patch and paint, finish carpentry, tile, flooring Load and unload structure materials and move materials into work areas Knowledge of and comfort with using power tools Maintains clean job sites Also must be able to work in a team environment May assist other craft workers.
