Tree Climbers - !!!UP TO $1000 HIRE BONUS!!! **Must have at least 2 years experience**

Arbor Masters has been working with residential and commercial customers for 65 years and counting. A family owned tree care company, we are looking for experienced tree climbers as well as Foremen (CDL driver’s license a plus but not required) for our Grand Prairie, TX office.
Essential duties include but not limited to:
· Climbing Experience and familiar with knots (at least 1 year experience)
· Ensure that all tools, supplies, and materials are on the truck before leaving the shop
· If driving, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles on provided forms
· Contact homeowner upon arriving at job site and review work to be performed. Note any changes or additional work requested
· Ensure that all traffic signs and cones are properly placed
· Maintain a high level of quality in all work performed
· Utilize people, time and equipment to achieve the highest efficiency possible without compromising safety and quality
· Ensure crew compliance with all company safety policies
·May require lifting 40 lbs or less
· Ensure that all team members have and use all personal protective equipment while on the job site
