Notice of Community Meeting and Public Hearings for Green Reuse Area Designation Pursuant to Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Act
Representatives for HTG Bryce Landing, LLC will hold a community meeting on September 23, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. until not later than 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of affording interested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the potential designation of land located at 1914 Bryce Landing Way, Middleburg, Clay County, Florida 32068, Parcel ID No. 05-05-25-009018-000-00, as a Green Reuse Area. The designation is being made pursuant to Section 376.80, Florida Statutes, of Florida’s Brownfield Redevelopment Act, and will involve two public hearings before the Clay County Board of County Commissioners, dates to be announced. The community meeting will also address future development and rehabilitation activities planned for the site. The community meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn and Suites Middleburg, located at 1735 Jeremiah St., Middleburg, FL 32068, and is free and open to all members of the public.
