Our cat has gone missing. Male, mostly white but with large dark gray patches. He's overweight and answers to "Oscar" or "Kitty". Has an identifying chip implant Last seen in the neighborhood of 8th and Carden in Pendleton. Please contact me if you've seen him. We miss him terribly. Thank you!
