2 Cleaners wanted for morning janitorial services at a apartments buildings locate at Drummers Ln, Tredyffrin Township, PA 19087 Monday-Friday 4hrs per day You will be providing janitorial services for a condominium apartments building Job description GENERAL CLEANING S  Clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, excessive smudges, and marks.  Clean windowsills and reception counter in the lobby.  Empty all trash receptacles to include recyclable trash and take to a collection point. Replace liners if soiled.  Vacuum all carpeted areas.  Clean, and sanitize drinking fountain.  Clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass doors. (inside & outside)  Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from partition glass and walls.  Spot clean interior of window and door glass in the offices and hallways.  Sweep or Dust mop all hard surface floors.  Damp mop all hard surface floors to remove stains or spillage marks.  Clean & sanitize the counter, sink and outside of the refrigerator in the kitchen. Clean and wipe out microwave.  Dust around displays, fixtures, equipment, and signage.  Remove dust and lint from chairs and tables in the lobby area. RESTROOMS  Empty trash receptacles and wash, if necessary.  Dust mop and damp mop floors with a disinfectant.  Empty sanitary napkin receptacle and wipe clean, using a disinfectant.  Clean dispensers, mirrors, and fixtures.  Clean and disinfect sinks, commodes, and top and bottom of seats.  Dust tops of partitions.  Restock all paper products and hand soap. WEEKLY CLEANING SCHEDULE  Vacuum all carpet in the facility including the corners and edges.  Dust windowsills in offices, MONTHLY CLEANING SCHEDULE  High dusting, such as air vents, doorsills, ceiling corners and edges (only up to 8 Ft.).  Spot dust horizontal & vertical surfaces of counters, work surfaces, shelves, desks, tables, chairs and all office furnishings.  Spot clean all doors and frames.  Sanitize door handles and light switches.  Polish office furniture, desks, and shelves with furniture polish.  Vacuum upholstered furniture. LOCK-UP CHECKLIST  Clean and organize janitor closet.  Turn off lights as, Lock doors and Set alarm as instructed.
