Need help installing a glass backboard

Looking to hire 2 strong fellows to help me remove and replace a broken glass board with a new one.. It is heavy. Need to walk the new glass board up a ladder ( one on each side) or stand on a truck bed and hold up to brackets. 4 bolts hold it to the frame. Pays $100 each no matter how long it takes. No pay if you drop it. Need 2 strong fellows with ladders or a truck bed to stand in. Thanks rich
