Physical Demands: Physical demands as described must be met by an employee of Whelcon Construction LLC to perform essential job functions successfully. Applicant must be able to do the following: • Talk, hear, and see with the ability to distinguish colors. • Stand, walk, sit, or kneel for long periods of time. • Use hands to control tools, write, and type. • Wear weighted safety gear as required by safety regulation for long periods of time, such as steel-toed shoes, a belt safety harness, and a hard hat. • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs of weight. • Perform daily work in an outdoor environment.
