Job: Party captain/event coordinator (day of) Location: Bushwick Compensation: 40hr for 4hours Date: Saturday, September 18, 5:30PM-9:30PM Experienced service captain to lead 2-3 other servers and 1 bartender throughout the event. Food: ⁃ Responsibilities include warming, plating, and assist in serving catered food. ⁃ Management of appetizers passed by servers. ⁃ Buffet style dinner plated by the 2 server ⁃ Food presentation to look nice and elevated. ⁃ Please have prior experience in service and hospitality. References preferred and photos of previous jobs if possible. Instagram requested. Bar: ⁃ Oversee bartender and assist in creating specialty signature cocktails and mocktails. ⁃ Drink menu to be decided together in advance. ⁃ Prior experience in bartending private events required. References required. ⁃ Instagram requested. Must oversee staff, keep schedule and assist in clean up as needed, and breakdown after. Keep party running smoothly!
