As a property preservation specialist/contractor you must be able to consistently take clear and color photographs, follow all outlined procedures, maintain ready email and phone contact for questions, and maintain all deadlines. Securing/rekeying, winterizations, lawn cuts (2x per month), snow removals (seasonal), trash outs, monthly maid services, evictions/CFRs, and Hazard Repairs.
