American Party Rentals seeks to add a full-time laundry and kitchen associate to our growing team. This individual is responsible for: - Cleaning and/or washing all kitchen inventory (including, but not limited to: glassware, china, flatware, beverage service items, catering equipment & silver) - Inspecting all inventory after washing for remaining food and/or imperfections such as chips & scratches - Washing and ironing linens as specified by manufacturer and company policy - Properly storing and bagging clean equipment Attention to detail and taking pride in the finished product are essential traits for the successful candidate. The individual will be on his or her feet for the majority of each work day. Most work will be indoors in general warehouse conditions, in which work areas may not be heated or air conditioned. This position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. 40-hour work week includes occasional Saturday work (plus overtime in busy season). Starting pay for this full-time position will be commensurate with experience and work history. $12.00 - $14.50 per hour is a likely starting range.
