Must be unafraid of heights and dirt, fit enough to climb ladders, and also lift 20-50 lbs. TWIC would be a big +. CDL w HAZMAT would be an even bigger +. Commercial applicators license w a fumigation certification for NC or VA and the previous? Well, you're simply a god. Must pass physical and drug test, and be able to legally drive.
