Rogers Park Condominium Building is looking to hire a full time janitorial/maintenance assistant for the hours of 8am-4:30pm Thursday-Monday June-October and October-June hours changing to 12pm- 8:30pm. Some flexibility within these days and hours is available once hired and can be discussed during interview. Must be able to lift up to 50pds and not afraid of heights as the building is 16 floors high with a pent house that will occasionally need to be accessed on top of the roof of the building. Responsibilities would include but not limited to, upkeep of building facilities, cleaning, handling maintenance requests from owners when delegated by the building manager with additional duties such as snow removal, pool cleaning and maintenance, planting and watering seasonal flowers, etc. that would change seasonally.
