Secure Our Outside Exterior Electrical Outlets

(For anyone asking, this has become a requirement by our landlord under our lease due to safety issues raised by other tenants in the area.) We have several exterior outlets that we use during the day and sometimes clients use them in the early evening. But we need an automated way to turn them off at night. We've had some homeless encampment problems that have raised safety concerns over constant illegal drug use and aggressive behavior. This is not the nice person just charging their cell phone which has always been okay. We've tried boxes and covers, but they just break them off. Our regular electrician has been really busy, so reaching out here to see if anyone wants to do this job. Looking to get this done this week. There are options like using more robust metal covers or locks, or using an automated timer that is connected right to the back electrical panel and governs the circuit during set hours. Another option is something that can be remotely controlled through a phone app so the outlets operate from 8AM - 6PM unless we override that manually. We want to make this as easy as possible for our employees so if they forget to turn it off, the system works automatically. A Handyman is okay, but you really need to be experienced with electrical at the panel level and understand creative solutions to address this.
