MCS Performance seeks out team members who is willing to contribute in providing quality body shop services for our customers in the long run. Body Shop Helper must properly Primer, Prep, Mask and Remove & Install bumper covers. Must also prepare parts and entire vehicles for painter to refinish. All installation and prep work must meet shop and vehicle manufacturer requirement and be completed in a timely manner. Pay will be dependent on training and experience. Additional commissions will also be granted based on customer referrals. Qualifications & Skills: Must know how to Primer, Prep, and Mask. Properly Remove & Install Bumper Covers of all makes & models. Basic attention to detail Responsibilities & Duties: Must be here on time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and clock in & out during break. Follow instructions and work alongside the Painter. Clean and prepare vehicle surface for paint application (remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust). Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting. Work with other team members for shop cleaning duties. Follow safety rules at all times
