Acoustic/folk/Americana project looking for collaborators

I search on here every couple of nights and never really find what I’m looking for, so I figured what can it hurt to try and put it out there into the universe. I’m a singer/songwriter/guitarist in the Avett Brothers (with a little less Appalachian influence)/Bright Eyes (with a lot less heroin imagery) vein. I grew up on Simon and Garfunkel then moved on to They Might Be Giants, so harmony was (and still is) my lifeblood. I’m just looking for like-minded musicians to create something that lives in a similar world as those artists listed above. Could be a second acoustic guitar and vocalist, could be an existing group, doesn’t matter to me. I am a multi-instrumentalist myself, so I have no problem jumping around from guitar to piano, to bass, to whatever. If my influences didn’t already give it away, I’m a (young) 44, so don’t be intimidated by my overpowering dad-ness, it is the source of all my power.
