Looking for silicone mold expert

Hi. I am looking for somebody who's experienced in making silicone molds. The piece I want to reproduce is the lady head vase pictured (Carmen Miranda). Because of the design, specially her hoop earrings, it'll have to be a 2 part mold. I don't mind the interior not being hollow, although if you can make it hollow it'd be even better. Please let me know if you can do it and please give me a quote. She's 7 1/2 tall. Thank you!
