Licensed Electrician needed I own an apartment in Guttenberg, the town has just decided that all unit owners needs a professional to certify that the heating system is in proper working order and can provide a minimum temperature of 68 degrees in the winter time. Since I have electric radiators I need a licensed Electrician to provide me with such certificate. So this is not a repair job, I just need someone to come a check that my radiators are working and provide me with such certificate.
