Looking for a Weekend person who is energetic, self-motivated Floater with good communication skills to work at a condominium complex on the Waianae Coast. The Landscaper will be performing a variety of work in order to properly maintain our property. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Must have general knowledge with Riding mower, Weed whackers and blowers. - Must be able to maintain company tools and keep shop in clean and organized manner. - Must be hard working, flexible, and team-oriented. **We work long hours outside in the hot sun and get very dirty** - Lift 50lbs or more - Pool Maintenance a plus but not required (will train) Responsibilities: General Maintenance Pool cleaning Mow and weed whack. Trim and prune hedges and trees. Rake and sweep debris. Pull weeds and spray pest/herb/fungicide. Motorized blower. Work effectively with team members and management. Operate standard landscaping maintenance tools and equipment. Perform other duties as required by your Supervisor. Work Schedule: Weekend and Holiday 7am-4pm Starting Pay: $12.00
