Tao Health & Fitness - Women’s Self Defense While we hope a dangerous situation never happens, it is always better to have the know how and not need to use it, as apposed to finding that we need this skill once the situation arises, only wishing we had invested a bit of time learning at the very least the basics. I hope that by spreading a little bit of experience in this field we can create a stronger, more confident, and safer environment for women to grow in and keep those that could be a danger discouraged and at bay. In this course we will begin with looking at these aspects to build strength, skill, and the ability to drop an attacker: -Effective Striking & Kicking Techniques - Escaping Grabs & Holds - Completing Throws & Avoiding the Ground - Escaping the Ground & Returning to Standing
