Community is Service Join us as we serve the community with music, arts, food & entertainment Good morning, COMMUNITY, WE ARE THE COMMUNITY! This year's deadline to be registered prior to November City Elections is October 4th. We are bringing TOB Band & Show for a Moechella Beltway Plaza part 2. We need you, we need all of you! Did you know to your 16 & 17 years old can register to vote, vote locally and work for the board of elections? Come join us for a Community Voter Registration Block Party on October 3rd from 3pm to 6pm. It's our attempt to capture our neighbors and encourage them to register to vote on the spot while enjoying the cultural sounds of the DMV. We feel that using Go-Go Music, the leaders of Long Live GOGO, State Representatives, Greenbelt and Neighboring City's Leaders and Business Owners to bring awareness on the importance of voting not only Nationally but Locally. Local elections are super important for our communities. We also would like to spotlight communities in our county that have been neglected and acknowledge these communities are loving and hardworking as other counties. We all deserve to be provided with suitable resources for our families and businesses. We ask for you to support this event! We need our citizens to know that we care and they matter. We need your voices, stories, bodies to come together and register to vote to BE THE CHANGE! To have a say in fighting neighborhood violence, knowledge on preventing evictions, food shortages, resources for your schools and neighborhoods.
