ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Daily duties include: *Removes all trash from offices, workstations, conference rooms, hallways, and storage rooms and deposits to dumpster. *Sanitizes restrooms and damp mops bathroom floor, wipes down all touch points, cleans glass, and replenishes all paper products. *Vacuums all offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms, and common areas. *Cleans all glass doors. *Damp mops all tiles in common areas. *Spot cleans carpet. Weekly duties include: *Scrub ceramic tiles *Detail dusting, including high and low surfaces. *Restroom detail to include cleaning high fixtures and wiping trashcans inside and out. *Machine Carpet Cleaning as needed. Monthly duties include: *Dusting and cleaning all window ledges *Clean and sanitize refrigerators, microwaves, and toaster ovens. *Upholstery cleaning – by request only. *Maintains cleaning tools and supplies in an acceptable manner. *Monitors building safety by performing such tasks as locking doors and disabling/enabling alarm system after hours. *Identifies and reports necessary repairs. *Ability to stand and move around frequently throughout shift. *Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull at least 25 pounds. *May function in a lead capacity by giving requested instructions to other technicians. *Represents the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner. *Demonstrates sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. *Demonstrates strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills. *Utilizes a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
