You will be lead into a deep meditation and receive reiki during this vibrational sound bath. Sound meditation is healing for the mind, emotions, and body. Listening to the sounds assists with deep relaxation, a key aspect of effective meditation. The group sound bath is being held in a safe, intimate and healing atmosphere. The session combines the healing harmonies of the instruments and gentle guided meditation to transition you to a higher state of consciousness. The sounds will be your medium to reach blissful inner stillness. Nothing is expected of you, simply surrender yourself to the sounds as they bring deep relaxation and healing nourishment to your body, mind and soul.
