We will review the role of supervision and guidelines according to the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board In this workshop we will review the role of supervision and guidelines according to the Ohio Counselor , Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. We will learn how to successfully engage and build a supervisory experience. We will look at how trauma can impact social workers and counselors in the short and long term. We will examine elements of reflective supervision which ensure one is providing helpful and ethical supervision to those working with trauma survivors.
